Stage 6 Aston Clinton by-pass diversion (500m)
The work on the Aston Clinton Bypass was started in October 2001.

April 2003:Balfour beatty have beeen hard at laying more of the Bentomat lining this is from the bridge. April 2003: This is where the Bentomat lining will join the wing walls at the bridge. May 2003: Balfour beatty have now started their lining at Drayton Beauchamp and have joined their lining with the work Nuttall's did. May 2003:Balfour beatty has put pipes in the old canal and have starded the construction of the new road embankment.

Oct 2003:The new road and new discharge in to the old canal the road is open. Oct2003:The new road drainage processing section bulit in the old channel of the canal.
